Chinese will be served this evening in the Embassy room. Chinese because they invented global warming! It was by them and for them! Heh, we all know global warming is trickery to hurt hardwrorking US Industry 'Muricans, in very hard hit opioid addicted areas! So come let’s recognize this by joining the Chinese in gastronomic unity!

Starters:

• Steak Tartare By Western appellation of course. Actually: medallions of ginger-and-lime-dressed chopped raw beef, dusted with Persian peppercorns and nestled on homemade, hand carved rice crackers in shape of the Donald’s silhouette.

• Crispy Eggplant Unassuming in name; however, this is an odyssey into the depths of the Sichuan province. Fried to a delicious crunch and tossed like a minority in custody to a translucent, glistening deep purple gold, with a tangy garlic dip.

• They say dumpling-we say Wonton Served with an addictive white dressing, topped off with silken garlic chives.
  

Main Course:

• Maples Lo Mein A take on the Sichuanese staple mapo tofu, Marla style, with a lightly salty sauce without the complex attitude of heat .

• Summer Zervos Baby Bass More perfunctory than memorable, perhaps, but a dish that will upend expectations and exceed them, heartburn later can be negated with a mere denial and accusation of others heart burn.
