Subject: Condemnation of Genocide
We have never supported the mass killing of a certain race or culture, and this case is no different. This is absolutely abhorring and disgusting. I know that you have limited the killings and the punishments, but there are still prisoners of conscience and it is not okay to perform such crimes against humanity. We hereby officially CONDEMN your actions.
The government of Fratanica would like to mourn for the families who have lost their loved ones because of an unpopular opinion, and will always stand by for the people. While we would like to thank you for stopping the killings, merely stopping the killings is not enough. You must release all prisoners of conscience immediately and give them a generous sum of monetary assistance for imprisoning those who fight back against the oppression. This is a must, and even if it is not monetary, something must be paid in return to the victim's families or the prisoners of conscience that you are holding within your prisons.
