The President
The President of the First Republic was the ultimate executive authority in Libertatem, holding the powers of regional control at the discretion of the Founder. He was kept in check by the Board and advised by a panel of four Managers, the Attorney General, and his right-hand in the Vice-Presidency. Due to the sheer amount of directions any President can steer the course of Libertatem in, there was no single way to describe the office. Instead, it was advised that those interested in learning about the Presidency direct such questions to the Vice-President or to the regional book of law.
On the unofficial Regional Map, the President was in control of all land claimed in the name of Libertatem. Such territories are reserved for conduct of regional affairs, and as such, the capital of Libertatem is within this territory. The capital of Libertatem was within the territory corresponding to real-world Spain, and is assumed to be Madrid.

Miencraft was both the seventh and twelfth President of the First Republic. He at first succeeded Humpheria and served the remainder of his term, before being defeated in the very next election by Conservative Idealism. He would later be elected after the regional government was dissolved in an emergency during the term of Right-Winged Nation.
Questions
The President and Vice-President were always open to taking questions about anything related to the workings of the region, but it was advised that one first direct their question at one of the Managers, as they were likely be able to provide a more detailed response.
