Both parties obligate themselves to desist from any act of violence, any aggressive action, and any attack on each other, either individually or jointly with other powers.
Should one of the parties become the object of belligerent action by a third power, the other contracting party shall in no manner lend their support to this third power.
The Federal Empire of Hedra hereby recognizes the the liberty, sovereignty, and independence absolute and unlimited of the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag as the rightful and sole government of Hyperborea. The Hyperborean Empire of Vostag hereby recognizes the the liberty, sovereignty, and independence absolute and unlimited of the of the Federal Empire of Hedra as the rightful and sole government of Hedra.The Federal Empire of Hedra and the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag hereby agree to the establishment of embassies and the exchange of diplomatic representatives.
Both parties hereby make a joint declaration of friendship between their two nations.
Both parties shall in the future maintain continual contact with one another for the purpose of consultation in order to exchange information on problems affecting their common interests.
Should disputes or conflicts arise between the two parties over problems of one kind or another, both parties shall settle these disputes or conflicts exclusively through friendly exchange of opinion or, if necessary, through the establishment of arbitration commissions.
In the event that one of the two parties is attacked by a third party, the other contracting party shall come to the aid, support, and defense of the attacked party.
Preamble The government of the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag and the government of Hedra and their plenipotentiaries, desirous of strengthening the cause of peace and prosperity between them and proceeding from the fundamental provisions of this agreement hereby agree to these terms:
The Federal Empire of Hedra desiring to give to the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag a strong proof of its friendship does hereby cede to the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag in the name of the Federal Empire of Hedra forever and in full sovereignty the territory of the Tamausse Province of Hanen with all its rights and associate accessories as fully and in the same manner as they have been acquired by the Federal Empire of Hedra.
In the cession made by the preceding article are included the adjacent islands belonging to the Tamausse Province of Hanen, all public lots and squares, vacant lands, and all public buildings, fortifications, barracks and other edifices which are not private property. The archives, papers & documents relative to the domain and sovereignty of the Tamausse Province of Hanen and its dependencies will be left in the possession of the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag, and copies will be afterwards given in due form to the Magistrates and Municipal officers of such of the said papers and documents as may be necessary to them.
The inhabitants of the ceded territory shall be incorporated into the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag and admitted as soon as possible according to the principles of the constitution to the enjoyment of all these rights, advantages and immunities of citizens of the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag, and in the mean time they shall be maintained and protected in the free enjoyment of their liberty, property and the religion which they profess.
In exchange for the cession of the territory of the Tamausse Province of Hanen the Hyperborean Empire shall grant a payment of ₢100,000,000,000 Cruzeiro to the Federal Empire of Hedra.
Eschatocol This treaty shall be ratified within the shortest possible time and enter into fullest force as soon as it is signed. Signed Seville in Hedra. Copies of this document in Common and Hedran shall be deposited in Seville, Hedra and Commoriom, Hyperborea respectively.

The archives, papers & documents relative to the domain and sovereignty of the Saint Audramnus Islands and its dependencies will be left in the possession of the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag, and copies will be afterwards given in due form to the Magistrates and Municipal officers of such of the said papers and documents as may be necessary to them.
