By the grace of Arran Drake of the House Quilor, ascendant to the Throne of the Emperor of Kantrias,

The Emperor has proclaimed;

1. - In accordance with Article I-A of the Quilor College Act (012/2023), the Emperor hereby appoints the following Imperial Citizen to the position of Headmaster of the Quilor College.

   1. Valfor Talleyrand - Is hereby appointed to the position of Headmaster of the Quilor College.
      

2. - In accordance with Article I-B of the Quilor College Act (012/2023), the Emperor hereby instructs the Headmaster to perform a ‘survey’, the goal of which is to gather data on what topics people would like to be taught.

3. - In accordance with Article I-B of the Quilor College Act (012/2023), the Emperor hereby instructs the Headmaster to begin formulating programs with the aim of teaching classes in - at least - the following subject; law (Imperial and Territorial).
