Term Limit Bill

The Term Limit Bill will enact into law term limits for the position of Prime Minister of Callista

Section 1

The position of Prime Minister of Callista will now only be able to be held by one nation for two consecutive 3 month terms, until they must wait two more terms until they are eligible to run again

Section 2

If the incumbent PM decides not to seek re-election, they will be eligible to run again in the next general election

Section 3

A PM who is not eligible for a third consecutive re-election may still run for any other elected position, such as LPM, MORP, or HJ, or be appointed as MOFA or MODA

Section 4

Term limits will not be applied to any other elected position
