The Kolechian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kashgar
Since large economic issues that plagued the late Abramov administration were resolved, a new "International District" was announced and created during the early months of President Safadi taking office in 2012. The new district is located in a Northern section of Kashgar, the capital city. Its purpose is meant to collect diplomatic embassies into a more organized and relatively smaller area, which also helps provide easier security, compared to them being spread throughout the city historically. Consulates on the other hand can and still are spread out at different locations if established by a foreign country. Currently Kashgar is the only city to have any diplomatic embassies located there.
The International District has over the last few years increasingly set itself apart from the rest of the Capital. Just as its name suggests, it is the main location in Kashgar, where one can find different nations and peoples represented, not just by their governments but also by small shops, restaurants and other businesses. Crime or other dangers is relatively low in the city, and it's even lower in this area. The foreign embassies have their own security details, and the streets are regularely patrolled by Kolechian police.

The Macabean Golden Throne maintains an Embassy in the International District of Kashgar. Their current ambassador is Loren Jenal.
The People's Unified Federation of Mokastana maintains an Embassy in the International District of Kashgar. Their current ambassador is Abdul Nayar.
The Republic of Eitoan maintains an Embassy in the International District of Kashgar. Their current ambassador is Bhric Novy.
