WHEREAS The Empire of Kantrias (“Kantrias”) and The Crowned Republic of Astoria (“Astoria”), hereby referred to as “the Signatories”, have dedicated themselves to the ideologies of Imperialism and Raider Unity, respectively;

WHEREAS the Signatories, having engaged in collaborative operations against shared adversaries, exemplify a relationship founded on trust, cooperation, and solidarity;

WHEREAS the Signatories recognize the invaluable contributions made by Kantrias, which generously provided significant troop support to recent Astorian operations, and reciprocally, Astoria actively supported Kantrias in the occupation of strategic regions;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Signatories agree to the following:

Section One - Non-Aggression Pact

Article I - Sovereignty

1. Kantrias will recognize only the current government and any successor government as dictated by the Monarch as the only legitimate government of Astoria.

2. Astoria will recognize only the current government and any successor government as dictated by the Emperor as the only legitimate government of Kantrias and Her Territories.

3. Neither Signatory may cede sovereign control of their region to another entity.

   1. Should either Signatory merge into, cede their decision-making to, or otherwise surrender their sovereignty to a third party, it will not be considered a successor government and this document will be struck null and void.

Article II - Non-Aggression

1. Kantrias agrees to not engage in acts of military aggression against Astoria.

2. Astoria agrees to not engage in acts of military aggression against Kantrias

   1. Astoria agrees to not partake in military aggression against Territories held by Kantrias as established by Kantrian law.

   2. Astoria agrees to not partake in military aggression-by-proxy against Territories held by Kantrias as established by Kantrian law.

3. The Signatories will not engage in military aggression-by-proxy against each other.

4. The Signatories will communicate their lists of Territories to each other as to continue clear and concise communication.

5. The Signatories will not interfere with Signatory-led military operations.

Article III - Espionage

1. Kantrias shall not engage in espionage or conduct sabotage against Astoria.

2. Astoria shall not engage in espionage or conduct sabotage against Kantrias.

   1. Astoria shall not engage in espionage or conduct sabotage against Territories held by Kantrias as established by Kantrian law.

   2. Astoria shall not engage in espionage or conduct sabotage by-proxy against Territories held by Kantrias as established by Kantrian law.

3. The Signatories shall not engage in espionage or conduct sabotage by-proxy against each other.

4. Kantrias shall provide intelligence information to Astoria if such information is pertinent to Astoria’s security or cohesion, or otherwise upon Astoria’s reasonable request.

   1. Kantrias shall endeavour to reveal as much as possible in such situations, but not more than they can under laws, terms of service or the need to protect sources.

5. Astoria shall provide intelligence information to Kantrias if such information is pertinent to Kantrias’ security or cohesion, or otherwise upon Kantrias’ reasonable request.

   1. Astoria shall provide intelligence information to Kantrias if such information is pertinent to Territories held by Kantrias, their security or cohesion, or otherwise upon Kantrias’ reasonable request.

   2. Astoria shall endeavour to reveal as much as possible in such situations, but not more than they can under laws, terms of service or the need to protect sources.

Article IV - Auto Termination

1. If either Signatory deviates from a Raider-aligned or Imperialist-aligned posture, this Treaty shall be struck null and void.

2. If the signatories participate in the defence or liberation - or otherwise interferes - with military operations of either party, this Treaty shall be immediately suspended for forty-eight (48) hours, after which it is struck null and void.

   1. During this suspension period, the parties may jointly agree to exit the suspension period, in which case the treaty remains in force.

Article V - Termination

1. Either Signatory reserves the right to exit the Treaty.

   1. Reasonable efforts to notify the other Signatory must be made by the Signatory terminating the Treaty.

Article VI - General Provisions

1. This Treaty will come into force on the date of ratification by both Signatories as dictated by their respective legislative procedures.

2. If the official name of either of the Signatories changes after ratification of the Treaty, this document shall be changed to reflect the new official name of the Signatory.

   1. The Signatory that changed the official name has to inform the other Signatory of this within seven (7)[/b] days of the official name changing.
