The OWL recommends voting $FOR$ the proposed Security Council resolutions entitled "Liberate" and "Injunct Philippines". The Delegate has been asked to cast their vote accordingly.

The Philippines is under attack by a band of menaces who have no honor, who have no right to impose their will another region, who only seek the total destruction of all innocent regions in all of NationStates, such as the region they currently occupy. Their sheer audacity to attack a longtime friend of the South Pacific and the Partnership for Sovereignty no less is outright disdainful. The South Pacific, along with its partners in the Partnership for Sovereignty, as signified in the latter's recommendation on these resolutions, stand united in our opposition to the ongoing occupation of the Philippines and vehemently support the passage of these resolutions to liberate and injunct the Philippines.

Hand-in-hand, these two resolutions will weaken the raiders' grip on the Philippines, denying them the opportunity to, one, impose a password on the region and prevent defenders from attempting a liberation of the region, and two, convert the region to and from a frontier. Together, these resolutions will give the defending forces a more favorable position to liberate the Philippines from the raiders, restore order to this storied region, and return control of the region back to the natives who call the Philippines home. Now and forever, the South Pacific and its defender allies express solidarity with the native peoples of the Philippines and are united in their quest to see the sun rise again on this proud region.
