Appointment of the First Arch-Chancellor

By the grace of Arran Drake of the House Quilor, ascendant to the Throne of the Emperor of Kantrias,
The Emperor has proclaimed;
- In accordance with Article III-B of the Imperial Constitution, the Emperor hereby appoints Ghazi-Rahman Ammar ibn Rigel Al-Asteorra to the position of Arch-Chancellor.
- In accordance with Article III-D-I and Article III-D-II of the Imperial Constitution, the Emperor hereby directs the Arch-Chancellor to appoint citizens of the Empire as Councilors of the Privy Council and provide each with a mandate.
