It's that time again folks, it's time for our July General Election. This dispatch will show why I, Head Justice Plus Nova Imperii, and the CTP are the best choice for the office of Prime Minister, and why the Baloominati doesn't belong in their beloved position of power anymore.

The June Amendment:

In his April Campaign dispatch, Baloo promised that he would introduce more amendments to the Constitution and "expand the rights" of Callistan citizens. Baloo also said he would continue with recruitment efforts to grow our population. How has that gone? Well, Baloo has only introduced one amendment, "the June Amendment."

The June Amendment did four things in addition to a few minor clarifications:

1. Added Holy to the position of Tsar, which was already the Regional Officer Title

2. Added the Welcome Telegram to the Constitution

3. It made Callista Dispatches responsible for creating two lists. One list for past and present citizens. Another list for all warnings and regional bans.

4. A citizen check is to be done every month, and to continue to be a citizen you have to post once a month on the RMB.

Now one and two don't mean much, but three and four are pretty important responsibilities. Have they happened yet? Nope. No list of warnings and bans. Not list for past and present citizens. And the citizen check certainly hasn't happened, because the citizen list has two CTE'd nations still on it, as well as listing citizens like UDE who aren't even in the region. If the Baloominati hasn't even bothered to carry out and enforce their amendments, they don't deserve to be in office.

When I become Prime Minister, this is going to change. I'll appoint the Minister of Internal Affairs to be responsible for the citizen check, the past and previous citizen list, and the warning and ban list. Of course, they will have help from the entire Cabinet, particularly the Head Justice, Chief Prosecutor, and Minister of Foreign Affairs regarding regional bans, but the fact that Baloo's amendment hasn't been properly implemented is a shame.

Recruitment:

Last time, I made recruitment an important issue in the campaign, and the Baloominati promised recruitment would carry on. However, I'm disappointed to report that we have made barely any growth in population.

On April 1st, when Baloo was reelected, the population was 73 nations. After a spike in late April due to defenders coming to protect Callista from an alleged raid by the Communist Bloc, the population currently stands at 71 nations. Despite a second term, recruitment hasn't happened, and we've lost members, yet Baloo himself claims in RMB posts he has sent thousands of recruitment telegrams. Now the Baloominati is going to say, well the Minister of Recruitment should've done that. Now we can't blame Ethics for having a life outside of nationstates, besides he was gone for over two weeks twice. But what I can promise, is that recruitment will be drastically increased under my administration.

Roleplay:

Now let's move on to something positive. The Great Callistan Roleplay has been and still is a stunning success. Roleplay posts have been consistent and we still have many active roleplayers, such as Ferneus, North Goguryeo, TheCarpathianMountains, Komahina, and others. The Great Roleplay will continue under my administration, and I hope to see that an increased recruitment effort would drive up roleplay posts. Komahina has done a good job as Minister of Roleplay and if he runs and/or wins the MORP Election, I am happy to work with him again.

The CTP Government:

So what will myself and the rest of the CTP do if we win the election? For starters, we will work on implementing the June Amendment properly and thoroughly, as well as add an additional clarification that will make the Minister of Internal Affairs responsible for the regional ban and warnings list and past and present citizen list. Citizen checks will also be done every month, and an amendment will be passed that states the citizen check will take place on the 20th of every month, so the citizen list is accurate for the elections. Additionally, we will work on increasing the number of recruitment telegrams we are sending, as well as reviewing our current recruitment telegram format. I'm looking forward to working with a hypothetical CTP Cabinet. I particularly want to highlight the achievements of Foreign Minister Allertania, who has been excellent in managing Callistan embassies, and I hope will continue to serve if I win the election.
