When Panonland returned to the region after ceasing to exist several months before, he was surprised to see that Aramakia had claimed his territory on the map (Hungary) while he was gone. Panonland repeatedly attempted to retake his spot, so Romanum came up with a compromise solution which involved splitting Hungary in half between the two nations.
The compromise was widely criticised, as the compromise solution placed Aramakia's capital city in Panonland and also took territory away from Gargano that Gargano had gained through roleplay. Despite this, Romanum continued to defend his solution and said that it was 'an official decision and not a question' when he was challenged, until the Speaker of Congress ruled that the compromise was invalid.
On Friday, members of the administration held a vote of no confidence against Romanum et Britannia Minor in the belief that his actions were unconstitutional - 75% voted to remove him from office.
He has been replaced by Skelleftella.

Leopold Janek, the Prime Minister of Subulev Puola, has asked the international community to let his country control Silesia again. In a speech on Wednesday, he declared that:
'...Romanum et Britannia Minor stole Silesia from our nation, a lot of German-Poles live there. Families split between two countries, where they used to be able to roam freely, of course the borders are not firmly guarded, but you have to go through border control [...] The Romans, with their substantial troop presence and minimal casualties, have claimed a substantial piece of land without any consultation or consensus. As Poles, we mourn the tragic loss of countless brethren at the hands of the German genocides, which only adds to our frustration and disillusionment. We would like, together with CEF, Romanum et Britannia Minor and Sjevre redraw the Polish-CEF border, more equal and more representative for the respectable war effort.'
The offer was rejected by the leaders of the Central European Federation soon after the speech was made.
