OWL recommends voting $FOR$ the at-vote resolution, "Injunct The Communist Bloc". The Delegate has been asked to cast their vote accordingly.

On the last episode of the OWL, we provided you with an explanation of how the new frontier and stronghold update operates and explained how an Injunction is a solid tool to prevent raiders from maximizing their utility in regions they are occupying. However, the Injunction that comes before us today takes a slightly different tone.
Rather than seeking to help free a region from a raider occupation, Injunct The Communist Bloc seeks to stop TCB from turning into a Frontier against the wishes of its citizenry. However, the voters of the South Pacific were unconvinced by the arguments presented by the members of the Communist Bloc and decided to vote For.
Many members of the OWL were troubled in TCB's hurried attempt to pin this on the trend of "neo-moralism", when in fact, the proposal was written by two prominent Independents from the region of Europeia.
Another argument presented by the members of TCB were its desire to turn into a stronghold, forgoing the spawns that would be produced as a Frontier. However, according to these calculations from Tinhampton, it would take approximately 31 years for an occupying force the size of TNP's delegate endorsement count to take down the region.
Thus, many members of the OWL could only assume TCB wants a piece of the new nation spawns for themselves, which is unacceptable to us. The Communist Bloc is allied to regions such as the Brotherhood of Malice, a region whose members have fantasied about the destruction of the Coalition. We cannot allow new member nations to spawn in such an environment.
Furthermore, the OWL decries The Communist Bloc's use of quorum raiding over the past three updates to prevent this proposal from going to vote. If a proposal reaches quorum, it should be allowed to be voted upon by the members of this Council. Even if a region identifies the cards may be stacked against them, this does not give them an excuse to violate the sovereignty of other regions, lest they risk forfeiting theirs.

Thus, OWL recommends a vote FOR the at-vote resolution, "Injunct The Communist Bloc".
