The Titor Alliance Institution
The TAI was created to unite the states under one state. Each region will be under control of there founders or wa delegates with a few exceptions to that. The regions will maintain about 80% of their sovereignty. The alliance will help with Foreign Affairs Policy, Recruiting, Regional Defense, World Assembly Building, and offer a Roleplay community for all the citizens of the regional make up! Each region is special to Noble! This union serves as the guide for the regions to abide by.
Some common rules include;
The TAI regions may join other alliances as long as that alliance doesn’t get in the way of the TAI rules.
Any regions may apply to be apart of The TAI.
The Alliance was created to help all the regions become a bigger part than they were.
Any region who wishes to become a State may do so by applying to the Policy Board(Tai alliance). When becoming a State they will be an territory of the alliance these are some things the states are guaranteed along with the rules they must follow;
The States will fall under the alliance banner. They will receive the same protections, support, and rights as those regions owned by the alliance.
It is highly encouraged to maintained to keep good communication with alliance leaders and regional leaders. The States are allowed to maintain their sovereignty as long as they agree to follow the by-laws of the alliance. The policy board will make exceptions to those rules like World Assembly policy, administrative requirements, and some foreign policy matters.
Everyone will have access to the events server, all culture events, and the alliance Roleplay.
States are allowed to have treaties, handle ambassadors, and join alliances as long as it does not contradict alliance policy. Exceptions can be made by the States to the policy board for consideration.
States may not leave if they are incorporated if not an incorporated state of the alliance just give a two weeks notice to the policy board. The policy board will do its best to work out the situation in hopes to keep the relationship.
All States and Territory member’s citizens are allowed to work for the alliance, serve in leadership roles, and are allowed dual membership throughout the alliance regions. They may only represent one region in the alliance when it comes to regional leadership.
