The Accords of Lemon City

The International Community, represented by Puzakistan, Shang Xian, Providentia, Yeni Alton and Krystalveil, has agreed to the following:

"Puzakistan will have to give back the lands they took from Zebastani in case such territories exist.

They will have to allow an international office in every major city.

They have to scale their military size to only paramilitary and troops needed for defence, that do not exceed 10% of the maximum capacity they can have.

They can not start a war for the next 30 years (30 IRL days). LIKEWISE, NO NATION IS ALLOWED TO DECLARE WAR ON PUZAKISTAN!!! To ensure the stability and peace of ATA, Puzakistan will be treated as a new nation in ATA and therefore has protection.

In case they experience instability and the government changes, the new leaders have to abide by the same rules established here.

For the period of 30 years, the international community will hold power on the local level in major cities and at least 5 seats in the Puzak Government for safety measures - these will gradually decrease if Puzakistan manages to improve their status in the international community.

They have to pay war reparations to Zebastani, Transisrael and Providentia.

Lastly, any failure to comply with these rules will mean the international community is free to wage any destructive war against Puzakistan and make sure they are obliterated if they wish to do so, with no repercussions in law's eyes."
