The GET TANKED Act - An Act legalizing the use of tanks without weapons as private transportation vehicles <LAW>

We the general assembly have gotten the privilege of visiting a nation (under non disclosure) and got to test drive some incredible off road vehicles and our technology, particularly our semiconductors were used in the manufacture of their tanks.

We TANK the nation for the privilege and now we want to offer you the ability to GET TANKED.

Therefore we see it fit that we legalize private tank ownership of deweaponized tanks for private enjoyment and off road use.

At no time may a tank be used on a public roadway unless its conveyance is carried out safely without obstruction of normal traffic. A tank must bear the orange triangle of slow moving vehicle warning.

We ask that persons using tanks in residential areas and on small roadways do so with care and respect for surrounding property.

We ask that persons using tanks to navigate our national parks and wonders of nature use them in a way that is respectful of the park i.e only using them on marked trails and or using them on empty land that is not occupied by foliage or trees.

Hereby authorizes TANKCO tanks for sale to the general public in deweaponized form. (At this time only TANKCO tanks are authorized for sale to individuals as they use Americanas manufactured semiconductors and TANKCO has offered to properly deweaponize tanks dispositioned for sale to citizens)

TANKCO will begin offering other types of vehicles in their showrooms including armored vans for transit of money, armored school buses for transportation of sensitive pupils that may be vulnerable to attack. And a host of other security oriented vehicles.

The Presidents Armored Car is a TANKCO C250

The TANKCO C250 is a small, nimble, six seat elongated sedan. It is equipped with bullet proof and explosion proof paneling throughout and all glass is tinted for privacy and thickened for explosion resistance and bullet proof status. The TANKCO C250 is an electrically powered vehicle, it carries 750KWH of batteries throughout its chassis and can be driven for approximately 500 miles before needing a 3 hour recharging. The TANKCO C250 is available to the general public and is recommended for persons traveling outside of The United States of Americanas to other nations with more hostile environments. The TANKCO C250 is classified as an air carriable vehicle, it can be safely carried on an aircraft as its batteries feature specialized "AIR TRANSIT MODE" systems. One activates ATM by entering the TANKCO C250's internal computer and selecting "Enable Transit Mode - Conveyance" This causes the batteries to have a physical plate close over the panel contacts rendering them completely sealed unable to be short circuited or turned on. A small backup battery based on a laptop battery powers the TANKCO C250 computer during transit and times when the main batteries cannot be used. The TANKCO C250 cannot be moved without activating the batteries therefore it must be activated while on the aircraft on the ground at the destination airport.
