Exteriorem Action Plan

The following is a detailed action plan on the further involvement of Merlovich in the development and continued growth and security of the Exteriorem region.

Merlovichan Exteriorem Defence School

The creation of a Merlovichan Exteriorem Defence Academy has already begun, with in person and virtual campuses educating those in the Exteriorem on matters of diplomacy, national security, climate change and national defence.

There are several departments of the MEDS, which are assigned to cover certain regions and topics.

The aim of the MEDS Program is for you to take your meds to involve every nation in the Exteriorem and promote regional security and mutual friendship.

Exteriorem Economic Initiative

The Exteriorem Economic Initiative (EEI) will allocate 200 million in foreign aid funding to be granted to Exteriorem nations from the Merlovichan federal budget. The funding will be allocated to necessary areas of development, such as roads, internet and energy infrastructure. The aim of the EEI is to demonstrate Merlovich's willingness to be a strong and friendly regional ally to those in the Exteriorem, and allow mutual growth instead of growing around our neighbours.

Exteriorem Climate Change Forum

The Exteriorem Climate Change Forum (ECCF) is an annual forum held in rotating nations to discuss the impacts on global climate change within the region. This is especially important as rising sea levels and coral bleaching, as well as loss of ocean habitats will directly and severely affect the Exteriorem region especially. The forum will take place once a year at a date selected by the host, and will discuss what actions each member nation will take to halting the process of climate change.

Bipartisan Parliamentary Visits

The Federal Government in Hirane will organize visits to Exteriorem nations on a more frequent basis, as we believe our greatest friends lie closest to us. The Regional Assistance and Management Program, or RAMP for short is a state-run program intended to create a closer bond between Merlovich and nations in need. The program involves layers of integration for nations in need of aid and security, such as increased economic support, military support, disaster relief support and diplomatic assistance efforts. Merlovich will strive to make itself entirely available to it's neighbors should they call her, and will allow nations to form closer ties to Merlovich, whether it be through direct protection, or simple support programs.
