The Constitution of Aeyrgia

We the Nations of Aeyrgia, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide the common existence, promote general well-being, and secure Liberty amongst ourselves, do establish this Constitution for the region of Aeyrgia.

Article I

Section 1
Joining Nations of Aeyrgia have the ability and right to be involved in the region in anyway they see fit, so long as this does not interfere with the right of others to behold Justice, possess domestic Tranquility, experience common existence, enjoy general well-being, and retain Liberty among themselves.

Section 2
Nations of Aeyrgia are encouraged to join the World Assembly and endorse the World Assembly Delegate. This insures regional security and an endorsement in return from the World Assembly Delegate

Section 3
Polls will be set up by those with the respective Authority of Polls and will provide feedback, entertainment, and elections to those nations that reside within Aeyrgia. Poll topics may be suggested by any nation within the region of Aeyrgia. To better execute the topic of a Poll, nations with suggestions, but without the Authority of Polls, may suggest their topics to those with the Authority of Polls in opposition to posting on the Regional Message Board.

Section 4
Residing nations in Aeyrgia may apply for any role of Office of their choosing without election so long as the role stays open for co-Officers. Sole Officers will be appointed by election.

Article II

Section 1
Nations the have existed in the region of Aeyrgia for seven (7) consecutive days may stake a claim on the regional map.

Section 2
Users are allowed one claim per group of nations to represent them on the regional map. If puppet nations are to be represented as well, they will be by being "states" within the borders of the representative nation at the discretion of that nation. Arrangements will be made by the map creator, Zvlokiquix, to provide the nation with the resources necessary for accurate representation of the requesting nation.

Section 3
Claims for stake on the regional map of Aeyrgia are to be requested through the map creator, Zvlokiquix. They will be sent through telegram and in order from most wanted to least wanted. No more than three (3) numbers shall be submitted. Any more than the maximum number will be ignored.

Section 4
A claim cannot be taken if an existing nation is already in said numbered claim. If said claim is still wanted by a nation, they may invade that claim.

Section 5
World Assembly nations will be recognized on the regional map of Aeyrgia if that is the main nation living within those boarders of that claim and is not a "state" of said claim. The World Assembly nation must also endorse the World Assembly Delegate, regardless.

Article III

Section 1
All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in the Ministry of Legislation, the World Assembly Delegate, and the Founder, Dutch Gnagflow, in respective, power ascending, order.

Section 2
The Ministry of Legislation shall be composed of at least one nation that is approved by no one less than the World Assembly Delegate. The Ministry of Legislation may be comprised of any number of nations holding any current or previous title or none at all. Any number of nations that hold the title of Ministry of Legislation may resign at any time and without notice. They are also subjected to termination by the no one less than the World Assembly Delegate without notice. A passing of one nation's role of the Ministry of Legislation to another will be done through the approval of no one less than the World Assembly Delegate or by election.

Section 3
The World Assembly Delegate shall be composed of the nation with the most endorsements. They hold the responsibility of endorsing the nations that have endorsed them. Nations have the right to not endorse the World Assembly Delegate and request elections to elect a new World Assembly Delegate. The World Assembly Delegate must serve the nations and Founder, Dutch Gnagflow, to the best of their ability. They may appoint Officers for any purpose, but must keep the progress and prosperity of the nations residing in the region of Aeyrgia as their first priority.

Section 4
The manner of holding elections for any role, other than that of the Founder, will be as follows. A seven (7) day notice will be given to all nations of the region of Aeyrgia before the election will be held. The notice will specify the date of which the election will take place and for what role. The election will last three (3) days. The outcome of the election will be fulfilled per the request of the majority. In the event of a tie, the Founder, Dutch Gnagflow will be the sole tie-breaker regardless of vote from the Founder, Dutch Gnagflow, or not. Elections will be open to all nations of Aeyrgia regardless of Office, World Assembly status, or puppet.

Section 5
Each Office will be appointed by no one less than the World Assembly Delegate and no one less than the Founder, Dutch Gnagflow, shall have the power to remove any nation without notice. An Office can be held by any nation and any number of nations. An Office may be created for any reason. Any nation may hold any Office and any number of Offices. If a nation would like to be the Sole Officer of any Office, they must win an election for said Office.

Section 6
Nations holding Office will receive at least one (1) Authority associated with said Office.

The Bill of Rights

Amendment 1
No one lesser than the Founder of Aeyrgia, Dutch Gnagflow, including the World Assembly Delegate or Officers, shall show favor to any residing nation over another, prohibit freedom of speech, or prevent assembly and petition

Amendment 2
Nations have the right to build Defense Forces

Amendment 3
No user shall have their right to puppets infringed

Amendment 4
Nations have the right to be secure in the existence in Aeyrgia. This includes the security to their claim on the regional map if they so choose to opt out of war during peacetime. Also, includes the right to not be ejected or banned unjustly.

Amendment 5
Nations have the right to do and say as they please so long as it does not interfere with another nations existence

Amendment 6
Nations accused of wrong-doing are to be warned of their behavior and consequence of ejection from the region of Aeyrgia no less than two (2) times for the same accusations.

Amendment 7
Those accused of wrong-doing and warned of such actions may be ejected by those of executive powers or by election which is a majority in favor for ejection. The severity of the wrong-doing and the number of warnings remaining will be expressly stated to the offending nation.

Amendment 8
Accused nations may have warnings absolved by those with executive powers or by election which is won by two-thirds (67%) in favor of acquittal.

Amendment 9
The Founder, Dutch Gnagflow, has the final deciding and all executive say on anything at all that has to do with the region of Aeyrgia.

Amendment 10
The World Assembly Delegate may have up to, but not exceed, the powers of the Founder, Dutch Gnagflow. These powers are granted and maintained by the Founder and may be added or denied for any purpose.
