The Kingdom of Norway, Kingdom of Denmark, Kingdom of Sweden, Republic of Finland and Iceland and their affiliated territories and dependencies, in greater cooperation and unity of Nordics across the whole of Northern Europe hereby create a Constitution within a new, unified federal state of freedom to embody the spirit reiterated and monarchism in tradition.

1. Union

1. It shall be known by the united Monarchy of the Sovereign on the advice of then incumbent Head of States of the Nordic countries, that Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland shall unify into a federal state of which shall be known as under the name of Fredomanske in the native language, and Freedomanica in standard English.

2. Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland shall be seen as States of which Freedomanica shall be divided by.

II. Monarchy

1. The Sovereign shall be designated Head of State of the Kingdom of Freedomanica.

2. The Monarchy shall adopt their own Royal Standard of which shall be designed by the first High Sovereign and shall be two-thirds in proportion and embody the spirit of royalty of the Kingdom and shall be flown where appropriate and in the presence of the Sovereign.

3. The Monarchy shall adopt a Royal Coat of Arms and shall be designated the National Coat of Arms which the Sovereign shall be armiger and shall feature a greater, lesser and middle version as designed internally by the Royal Family with the lesser version, the Arms of State and may, in the name of the Sovereign, be used by the Federal Government on all official State documents, reports, statements and circumstances where appropriate.

4. The style of address of the Sovereign shall be His/Her Royal Majesty.

   1. Senior Members of the Royal Household, of which shall be the Sovereign’s Consort, and Crown Prince shall be titled His/Her Royal Highness of State.

   2. Members of the Royal Family shall be referred to as His/Her Highness.

5. The Sovereign shall adopt a List of Succession of which shall be based upon and are responsible for its update and maintenance with the Heir Apparent to be referred to as the Crown Prince and Consorts of Royal Family Members to be ineligible for succession.

6. The Sovereign shall be granted the following rights and responsibilities:

   1. Appoint the Prime Minister alongside Ministers of State with Ministers on the advice of the Prime Minister in question.

   2. Appoint judicial officials in the fulfillment of judicial vacancies on all various levels of oversight on the advice of the Minister of Justice.

   3. Exercise clemency and pardon any or all federal, state and local criminals.

   4. Appoint the Premier and their respective Council Ministers with Ministerial appointments made on the advice of the Premier.

   5. Recognize foreign and national ambassadors and diplomats and conclude or initiate foreign relations with external states on the advice of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

   6. Appoint Privy Councillors of State on the advice of the Prime Minister.

   7. Form and dissolve Royal Councils.

   8. Grant and revoke titles onto individuals as fount of honor.

   9. Address the Althing annually after the beginning of the first session of the Althing.
