January 23 - Administrative cock up results in chaos in Ardeshnian politics

A slip up by a new and more than likely incompetent paper worker in the Ardeshnian hall of law allowed a bill to pass legalizing the killing of humans or anything on the side of the road deemed a threat. This so called ‘stand your ground’ law is a violation to amendment VIII and as such has no effect on the nation. Anyone who follows the law and uses it as defense in a killing will face severe monetary punishments and possible lifetime commitment without plans for release in the asylum system and or deportation.

The employee who made the outright reckless decision has been immediately terminated from their position as a legislative aide and has been assigned to a post office job until they are deemed educated enough to handle the rigors of a legislative aide. This notice serves to notify Ardeshnian citizens and all protectorates that NO DEATH PENALTY EXISTS IN ANY AMERICANAS PROTECTORATE OR THE AMERICANAS.
