I ) The contracting nations, The Imperial Realm of Gothgraff and Lilium and The Empire of Madrueji, pledge that there shall be lasting peace and friendship between the two nations and each side shall respect the independence, sovereignty, and territory integrity of the other and refrain from interfering in the internal affairs of the other side;

II ) The two nations shall continue to strength advantageous and all round cooperation in terms of joint economic and technical fields, and shall develop continued fields of trade and transport at their mutual discretion, on the basis of agreed-upon mutually benefit agreements;

III ) Both nations shall establish permanent embassies in the others capital, with the Madrueji Embassy within the U.E.Z being moved to Braga, while still abiding by Gothilum 'Uhyvla' Guidelines; and a Gothilum Embassy being established in Khorralkhal;

IV ) In accordance with the declaration of lasting peace, both nations swear to refrain from entering into or participating in any military alliance directed against the other party. Both nations shall refrain from any unwarranted aggression towards the other party and shall now allow the use of its territory for committing any act that may cause damage; civilian or military, against the other;

V ) Each nation shall refrain from giving any assistance to any third party taking part in armed conflict against the other, in case of either party being attacked or threatened to attack. the Consulting nations shall enter into an agreed upon state of escalated tension, warranting necessary measures to ensure peace and security in their countries;

VI ) Any differences interpreting any Article of the Jaedistel Agreement shall be settled on abasis by peaceful means in a spirit of mutual respect and understanding.
