SAIF AL-ISLAM QAZZAFI VISITS EGYPT

Cairo - Saif al-Islam Qazzafi, son of former leader of Libya and unrightfully slain Mummar Qazzafi, has visted the Egyptain capital Cairo, where he reportedly met with the head of the General Intelligence Directorate, as well as the Minister of Defense Field Marshal Abdel Fatah al-Sisi and President Hamdeen Sabahi. It is unknown what was the purpose of the visit, but the fact that it included the three most powerful men inside the Egyptian state indicate that it was a meeting of prime importance.

Saif al-Islam has been out of the public eye for more than several years after being arrested by a rebel milita during the Libyan civil war. He was held for over six years, receiving a death sentence that was later overturned thanks to international pressure and domestic rally's in favor of Saif al-Islam. He has since announced the creation of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Libya and completely denounced the current Libyan government headed by al-Sarraj.

The news of his arrival was met by pro-Qazzafi protests near the Libyan embassy, as Libyan migrants who fled the civil war took to the streets to express their joys after the arrival of the son of their previous leader

Egypt and the Qazzafi tribe has been close allies, owing to Qazzafi's idiolization of Eternal President Gamal Abdel Nasser and his Pan-Arab policies. This friendship has led to several proposals for the unification of both countries, culminating in the short lived Federation of Arab Republics.

When Mummar Qazzafi died, Egypt declared a day of mourning, and announced that it will do everything in it's power to ensure that the ideals of "Unity, Socialism, and Arabism" is brought back to Libya
