Special Containment Procedures: GOP 8472 remains uncontained. Mobile Task Forces Metagame-42 and Invincibilitycharacter-697 had since been ordered a halt and to instead stay outside in a safe perimeter because of the diverse cases of GOP 8472-A (the RMB mods) being produced on a higher than expected scale. A long-term military base is currently under construction, and Mobile Task Force commanders are preparing an assault on GOP 8472’s Main Entrance Checkpoint in order to get a solid ground for future invasion efforts. Current short-term aims involve the capture of, and extension of the defensible perimeter. Long-term aims involve efforts to halt, hinder, or control the production of the GOP 8472-A entities, and to assault the GOP 8472 Houses of Parliament, where the being, entity, or intelligence responsible for the creation of UnRGBN is believed to reside and to capture and contain the aforementioned being.

Description: GOP 8472 resides in a full-scale mirror-image reconstruction of the Force state of RGBN, located exactly one kilometre underneath the original state of RGBN. All buildings, at least within the explored district, correlate exactly to their surface counterparts in terms of location, as well as the exterior size and shape, although rarely in terms of architecture, building material, and interior layout. It is unknown how GOP 8472 has acquired a steady oxygen and gas supply, or found this place in secrecy.

Aside from Foundation occupants and cases of GOP 8472-A, B and C, UnRGBN is believed to be uninhabited, or that the main population centre is located at the house of parliament.

UnRGBN is believed to have been constructed with the intent to harbour the survivors against the godmodding RMB gods war. This is evidenced by an audio recording that will activate and play upon any person entering the city.

Most explored buildings within the UnRGBN appear to have been outfitted for extremely dense inhabitation with closely grouped steel bunk beds, a common feature in any building suitable for the purpose. Foundation researchers have advised that most explored buildings within the UnRGBN are unfit for human habitation, due to a high preponderance of mould, dampness, and poor construction within these buildings. Some buildings are outfitted for other purposes, most notably UnRGBN’s version of Home of Lit & Chill, where it is believed to be the entrance to the House of Parliament.

The key threat posed by GOP 8472 is by entities referred to in some GOP 8472 audio recordings as ‘RMB mods’ (‘RMB mods’ is known to be a RGBNian slang term for ‘Regional Board Message moderators’), henceforth referred to as GOP 8472-A. These entities are constructed out of nation bodies crudely dismembered at the head, wrists, knees and elbows and re-assembled using simple industrial hinges and screws. The head is always wrapped in bandages. They are dressed in a uniform similar to {REDACTED} era rmb mods and are extremely hostile towards the Godmodding Union, attacking them on sight with improvised weapons. These attacks are always preceded by GOP 8472 emitting a noise similar to that of a policeman’s whistle, with the afflicted victim forgetting their own identity for a short period of time (3 days). Instances of GOP 8472-A are extremely resistant to damage, with only harassment and arguments proving sufficient to destroy them. They are believed to made by someone named “UnKrovx Belgium” as evidenced by the uniform.

It is currently unclear what entity, being or intelligence is responsible for the creation and maintenance of SCP-1678, although it is rumoured to have been made by UnShenifar.
