Unionist Party Manifesto ~(Disbanded Party)

Founders:
The United Socialist States of the Union of the Squid and The United Socialist States of the Union a la Geese

Motive:
The Unionist Party was formed during difficult times of political instability. A common theme is powerful, well-established nations calling the shots whilst new recruits don’t necessarily get a voice. Our party stands by the belief that every nation deserves the right to pursue their own political agendas in a controlled environment promoting unions and cooperation between nations. Never do we want to see an establishment that creates a dictatorship or see a system that puts power in the hands of a select few. If you are new to this region or believe in our morals, we strongly recommend that you join our political party in the hope of protecting your liberties, to achieve greater more equal representation in government bodies and achieve a united future.

Party Policies
-Encourage the formation of new Parties
-Zap Priti Patel
-Support and advertise the leftist media
-Reclassify "highlighting and annotating" as a crime against humanity
-A proletariat protection scheme
-Make the use of commas illegal wherever applicable
-Increase the size of government (make more positions and jobs)
-Increase government efficiency (changes to the judicial system)
-No shop to be allowed to sell a croissant for more than £1 (no exceptions)
-Crackdown on anti-corruption
-Make the chancellor useful
-Fillibuster??
-Jenkins Birthday (Our glorious hero) will become a national holiday for the proletariat
-Utter and absolute destruction of the bourgeoisie ideals

What we do

The Unionist Party pledges to end bourgeoisie ideals and give the power to the people. Our current society is run by people with power and wealth (we refer to this class as bourgeoisie). They tend to only implement policies that centralize more power to the minority or create a competitive environment rigged to favour the rich. This has dictated human existence for centuries and the only way to topple the power of the bourgeoisie is through a socialist revolution. No longer shall incentives for work be decided by wage rises and other selfish desires but through self-sacrifice and service to the state.
Only after the eradication of bourgeoisie ideals will humans truly be able to express their inner hammer and sickle.

The Unionist Party believes that more jobs will get more people involved in Nationstates. Specifically government positions. By sharing as much government power as possible, we can significantly reduce the risk of dictatorships forming. Now ask yourself this:

Are you a relatively new nation here? If so do you believe that you are getting your fair-share of political power. Have you been entrusted with any special positions or jobs or do you get the feeling of being side-lined by the influential and minority. Well fortunately for you the Unionist Party exists!!! Here to serve the people and promote co-operation; not monopolization.
