Police power increased

The National Socialist State of Poland has been struggling with terror threats for years, and haven't found the proper deterrent to these criminals, luckily the Polish government is increasing Police budgets meaning that the police can purchase military grade weapons, ofcourse this implies to the Polish Gestapo units in the police force.

Therefore increasing fear in the country meaning that crime is relatively minimal, the rise of government terror is increasing peoples fears while the police is just there to spread the fear even more.
