The Mutual Sovereignty Organization is an Intergovernmental organization which purpose is to provide humanitarian aid to other nations (including nations outside the alliance itself). The headquarters of the convention is stationed in central New Celoveniortan City.

The MSO was formed in 2021, after the dissolution of the COA, the alliance is made up of the remaining members of the COA, who still wanted to preserve the alliance in some form

Humanitarian Volunteers: People who are willing to lend a helping hand to victims of disaster, be it a nation in war, or the survivors of a famine.

MSO Secret Police:Information about this division is highly classified, but they're known for deploying special task forces to a specific destination.

Army Volunteers: Official soldiers of the Alliance, a portion of them are deployed to nations experiencing brutal conflict.

Equipment

The MSO has a myriad of military equipment, like the Svalinn Class APC, or the HH-50 Phoenix Medium Utlility Helicopter (Below).
Army volunteers are issued with the standard AR-56 Assault rifle, and the RR-14 45ACP Pistol, the air force of the MSO uses the aformentioned HH-50 as well as C-130 Hercules cargo aircraft, the Naval equipment of the convention are Berlianpura Class GMDs and Lamon Class Cruisers.
