The author of this bill has given explicit permission for reproduction of its text by Congress.

§ 1. This bill hereby strikes The Code of Conduct Act (2019) and all amendments thereof null and void.

§ 2. This bill establishes the following as prohibited actions within Conch Kingdom, punishable at any time by appropriate authority listed in the Conch Creed (III.6.1) and the Obligation to Moderate Act (2020):
1. The posting of content on the RMB or other communications channels that is intentionally offensive or malicious in nature, including content that is objectionable such as gore or pornography and/or content that seeks to incite or amplify rulebreaking behaviors. (defined as "Flaming," "Trolling," and/or "Incitement").
2. The posting of unsolicited and/or pointless communications sent in bulk. (defined as "Spam").
i. Communications in bulk being defined as two or more consecutive posts.
3. The possession of multiple World Assembly member nations at one time (defined as “WA multi-ing”).
4. The possession of multiple nations within Conch Kingdom (defined as "Multiple Residency").
5. The possession of a nation within Conch Kingdom after the user has had another nation banned from Conch Kingdom previously (defined as "Ban Evasion").
i. If a banishment is determined to be wrongfully administered, an exemption may be granted by a minister.
6. The possession of a nation within Conch Kingdom for the sole purpose of gathering information covertly (defined as "Espionage").
7. Attempting to overthrow the lawfully elected government of Conch Kingdom (defined as "Treason").
8. Conspiring or otherwise planning to overthrow the lawfully elected government of Conch Kingdom (defined as "Conspiracy").
9. Blackmailing or otherwise coercing a lawfully elected government official (defined as "Coercion").
10. The violation of an official's duty as prescribed by law (defined as "Gross Misconduct).
11. The impersonation of a lawfully elected official of Conch Kingdom (defined as "Impersonation").
