Aesland Stock Exchange Moves to New Headquarters

AETHIAN CITY (AP) — The Aesland Stock Exchange (ASEx) completes it $7.5B transition to its new headquarters on Bierkeq Street in the Laque District. The state-of-the-art financial center costs $5B to build over 2 years and features the highest speed data centers in Aesland and has become the headquarters of Aesland's three biggest brokerage firms. Minister of Finance Gwenou Tailm praised the quick move and completion of the high-tech ASEx building stating, "damn that was quick."

Outside the ASEx building stands a memorial to the Second Aeslandic War of Independence. Chief Architect of the project, Jonhe Himhpf, remarked "F--- Doge wonderland". The opening ceremony of the memorial featured the burning of several Doge Wonderlandian flags and momentous applause. This memorial is the 57th project completed this year in remembrance of the war crimes committed by Doge wonderland against Aesland. The "Halp Me plz" memorial is the second most expensive sculpture in Aethian City, just after the monument to the People's Revolution at the Global Trade Center in West Downtown.

Stock prices continued to jump on Friday as the the Aeslandic economy soars to new heights. Thanks to extremely effective economic policies implemented by Chancellor Aurelius, the economy of Aesland has doubled in the past 6 months while keeping taxes around 45%. Rhoger "STONKS" Flanwe, director of the ASEx, stated in a press release today, "STONKS KEEP GOING UP!!! BUY BUY BUY! APE STRONG TOGETHER!!!" The Chancellor's economic policies appear to be extremely popular among the people of Aesland both rich and poor. According to the Governor of the Bank of Aesland in their quarterly report, the economy is projected to continue a steady growth rate remarking of the Chancellor's policies, "Hail Chancellor Aurelius. Long may he reign."
