ARTICLE I: COUNCIL AND THEIR DUTIES
Article I: Section I: Council of three formed of Council Founder, Council Popular President, and Council Popular Vice-President.

Article I: Section II: Council Founder is decided by being appointed by the Region Founder (can be themselves).

Article I: Section III: Council Popular President and Council Popular Vice-President are Democratically Elected by Region CItizen vote with Most votes becoming Popular President and Second Most votes to become Popular Vice-President.

Article I: Section IV: Council decisions are decided by a 2/3 Council Vote

Article I: Section IV: If all three Councils disagree on an issue then the appointed Council Tie-Breaker Chooses.

Article I: Section V: Tie-Breaker sets polls to Decide what should be on the council agenda.

ARTICLE II: ELECTIONS AND IMPEACHMENTS
Article II: Section I: Elections are to be voted on by every person, not every country, one vote per person.

Article II: Section II: Elections can only be voted in by Region Citizens' (see Article II: Section VIII for definition).

Article II: Section III: Unless Specifically Specified all votes are 50% plus one majority rules. If no majority appears then the issue is defeated.

Article II: Section IV: Impeachment of a Council requires either 2 council votes and 75% of Region Citizen Support, or 1 Council and unanimous Region Citizen support.

Article II: Section V: Appointment of an official (not council) requires 2/3 Council Vote.

Article II: Section VI: Impeachment of an official (not council) requires 2 council votes or unanimous Region Citizen Support.

Article II: Section VII: In issues of impeachment the accused party cannot vote.

Article II: Section VIII: Region Citizens are all people with a nation in the Region, excluding Councils. (People with multiple nations are only represented once.)

ARTICLE III: WARTIME

Article III: Section I: Crimes against the Region in war are: Provoking an insurrection in one's Nation, Waging War on a Region Mate, or Helping Armed Adversaries of the Region.

Article III: Section II: In War the only two options available are to ally with one's Regional Neighbor, or to Remain Neutral.

Article III: Section III: Selling arms to anyone outside the Region is banned.

ARTICLE IV: ECONOMICS
Article IV: Section I: All economies must be Free-Market and Capitalist.

Article IV: Section II: Trade must be with Region Neighbors unless approved by the Council

Article IV: Section III: Above point may only be ignored if Trade is with a Region we have an Embassy in

Article IV: Section IV: Ignoring these laws in Section IV results in Ban on Trade with your nation and blockade.

ARTICLE V: OFFICER DUTIES
Article V: Section I: Current Officers are the Secretary of State, Speaker of the House, and the Sanitation Officer (subject to be amended). All Officers are considered Region Citizens and their actions can be overruled by any Council individually.

Article V: Section II: Secretary of State has roles of 'Appearance', 'Border Control' and 'Embassies'.

Article V: Section III: Secretary of State is the leading international and interregional relations manager and protector of our Foreign Integrity and Relations.

Article V: Section IV: Speaker of the House has roles of 'Appearance', 'Communications' and 'Polls'.

Article V: Section V: Speaker of the House communicates in coordination with the Tie-Breaker about concerns of Region Citizens and their needs. They censor chat when necessary but censorship can be vetoed by 1 Council. They help bridge the gap between all Region Citizens and their Councils.

Article V: Section VI: Sanitation Officer has roles of 'Appearance' and 'Polls'

Article V: Section VII: Helps keep tidy all nations in their own policy, and "sanitizes" the Region's Image (makes us look good). They can run polls asking for how to better improve the Region and its member nations. Reports to the Council directly.
