The Definition of Spam on the Europe RMB

Einswenn's definition of spam on the rmb:

• meaningless, irrelevant, untranslatable, or unsolicited messages;

• one-word replies that do not clarify or expand something said earlier (i.e. “ok”, “k”, “haha” etc);

• replies in other languages when it is unnecessary/when no one speaks these languages and all the participants use translator (in the most recent examples they were replies in Georgian which none of the people chatting speak, sometimes these replies are meaningless even in original language itself and are very easily detectable that they're incorrectly made up in a translator).
