Any regional nation named after a noun preceded or succeeded by a number is an insignificant colony whose dominant industry is card agriculture, and not worth the single line of space it will take up on this dispatch.

If you're a visitor looking to trade, do not attempt to communicate with the savage colonies of Teal Nation that are not listed in this dispatch (they are intentionally kept illiterate as to not distract them from their simplistic, card-agricultural labor). And don't join the region to post on the RMB either.
