Section 2: That if a region wants to join the alliance, they must pass a test

Section 3: That if only the chairman of the alliance is in charge

Section 4: That a Cabnet for the Chairman is formed

Section 5: That the Chairman is voted by the people, then the final two is voted by the console

Section 6: That there will be 4 people of congress of the WDA.

Section 7: If there are 4 members, there is 4 people elected to be part of WDA console

Section 8: If there are 20 members, there will be 1 sit per country.

Section 9: There will be the Alliance court

Section 10: Nations in the UNP or Altay are part of the alliance
