1.the Game Admin.They have the highest rank of the world hierarchy.
2. The game moderation.These nations can cease to exist,but they can delete nations not following rules
3.Issue authors.These nations auothour issues.
4.Issue Editors:These nations edit the tier above’s issues and send it.
5.World Assembly admin.These nations include such nations as Kuriko,just to say so.
6.WA Delegates.These nations approve proposals and have the MOST endorsed nations in thier native region.They also can vote.
7.WA members:This tier can vote too,but they can’t approve proposals .
8.Founders:These nations can appoint Officers,Remove authority,and if below reservation population rates,it actually gets reserved once it ceased to exist.
9.Regional admin.These nations can ban,eject,and send mass telegrams.
10. Residents.The final tier,can be in tier 7 and vote,but they have no control over its native region.
