What each role is:

  • GRAIL High Court
    For now, the GRAIL High Court will have 3 members, all elected. They will be able to decide important things like vetoing Empirical switzerland's allowance of letting somebody in with a 2/3 vote, or ejecting a nation from GRAIL with a 2/3 vote. For now, it will stay as 3 members, but the amount may rise as GRAIL gains more experienced members.

  • GRAIL Military Coalition Commander
    The GRAIL Military Coalition Commander has an important role, and must be responsible with it. They hold authority over the GRAIL Military Coalition, where GRAIL militaries work together to fight evil if needed and diplomacy is not an option. Not all GRAIL members have to contribute to the coalition, but it is very much appreciated. Nonetheless, in wartime, when GRAIL is fighting another power, the person at the head of this office may command the combined forces of the contributing nations' militaries and give orders to their respective heads of the military.

  • GRAIL Humanitarian Aid Officer
    The GRAIL Humanitarian Aid officer is in charge of the Humanitarian Pursuits of GRAIL, wether that be supporting a member in a state of catastrophe or providing basic essentials to locals in war-torn nations. This person is head of doing so, and commands how supplies are handed out and where.

  • GRAIL Meeting Moderator
    As we all know, GRAIL Council Meetings have been, chaotic to say the least in the past. So Kazakah presented me with this glorious idea! Here's how the position works:

    GRAIL representatives elect a Speaker of the Council as presiding officer of formal council sessions.

    1. The Speaker is tasked with counting votes, moderating debates, keeping order during council room discussions, and as a spokesperson of GRAIL.

    2. In order for a representative to be heard during formal council sessions they must have verbal consent of the Speaker (ex. "The chair recognizes Representative Aarald Vench of Kazakah).
    The Speaker is permitted to reprimand representatives for misconduct.

    3. Establish a separate military committee composed of members' military representatives.

    4. Hold meetings of higher levels with Government Heads and Chiefs of Defence accordingly.
