Overview

Purpose

The bill seeks to establish a report given by the President of India to the Indian Parliament.

Implementation

The bill shall be implemented immediately.

Proposed Law

  1. At the midway mark of the President's term [approx. 5-7 week mark], the President shall deliver a speech to the Parliament. The speech shall be hereafter referred to as the Presidential Report. The address shall be delivered in a public manner for all citizens of India to view.

    1. Topics of the Report shall pertain to new legislative agendas, the state of the cabinet ministries, and any other area the President wishes to draw attention to.

  2. The format of the Presidential Report shall be at the discretion of the President, who may enlist the aid of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet in preparing said Report. Mediums not pertaining to the regional message board (RMB) for the Report should be linked by the President on the RMB for the public to access.
