Constitutional Elections Regulations

Section I:

Section I, Article I, Part I:

For the People of the Amalgamated Federation we establish the Parliament of the Federation of Amalgamated States or the Parliament for short. This Parliament is elected by the people of the Amalgamated Federation.

Section I, Article I, Part II:

The parliament is elected by the following LinkSingle Transferable Vote. A maximum of 2 seats can be held by a party and only 5 seats are available

Section I, Article II, Part I:

The Parliament elects a Prime Minister or PM who maintains order and presents bills into Parliament.*

Section I, Article II, Part II:

The PM has the power to call an emergency meeting of Parliament and to call a bill to vote.

Section II:

Section II, Article I, Part I:

For the People of the Amalgamated Federation we establish the Monarchy of the Federation of Amalgamated States or the Monarchy. The Monarch is chosen by a committee if Regional Officers*

Section II, Article II, Part I:

The Monarch has the oversight over elections and other affairs but he may not run in them or hold office

Section III:

Section III, Article I, Part I:

The WA Delegate has Executive Powers and serves for Nation-Life.

Section III, Article II, Part I:

The Governor has all non-executive powers and is in charge of the Government/Political Scheme and assists the WA Delegate.
