Extraction of natural gas and crude oil in western Ukraine

The government would start expanding the fossil fuel industry in western Ukraine, as well as invest into synthetic fuel factories to boost the production.
We'd also export the oil and gas for a price of 20,99 dollars a barrel, attracting many customers due to our oil being much cheaper.
