Constitutional Article on Elections
The Constitution of the Federation of Conservative Nations has Article VI dedicated to the elections process of the FCN and is composed of four sections. The Article reads as follows:
Article VI: Elections
I. An election committee shall be created 24 hours before any vote to closely observe any regional election. The committee will made up of one appointed member from each official political party that will be able to challenge or report any suspicious or unlawful action made during elections to the founder, who will decide whether the nation in question has done any wrong, and if so their punishment.
II. Puppets may not vote in the elections, nor may nations residing in the region for less than seven days prior to the vote.
III. Races with three or more candidates are to be executed by a two-round voting system where if one candidate doesn't receive at least 50% of the vote, a second round will be needed to decide the winner between the top two candidates. The only elections that shall occur are for President and Senate Speaker.
IV. Elections shall be held between the 12th day and 17th day of the months of January, April, July, and October. The election for Senate Speaker shall be held before the election for President.

New waldensia 3 |
The October 2018 Presidential Election was marked by riots over which New waldensia was the best. There were many casualties on this day. Most of the riots were incited by Gagium in support of New waldensia 2, who lost the election due to his violence against the other two candidates. New waldensia 1 conceded the election and endorsed New waldensia 3 so that New waldensia 2 could not win and establish a dictatorship in the FCN. New waldensia 2 went on to protest and riot against New waldensia 3 throughout his entire term in office, and even assassinated New waldensia 1 for not endorsing him. New waldensia 2 was executed on orders of New waldensia 3 in December 2018 ending the War of the New waldensias. Gagium escaped justice for his incitement of the war.
