Constitution Amendment (Cube Root)
Purpose
The amendment seeks to make the number of seats in the General Assembly change with the size of The Leftist Assembly, while preventing the number of MGAs from becoming too large.
Implementation
The amendment shall be implemented in the next general election.

All legislative authority shall be vested in a unicameral legislature, henceforth known as the General Assembly
The General Assembly shall consist of seven members, henceforth known as Members of the General Assembly or MGAs, elected every three months at the general election
The Members of the General Assembly shall be responsible for:
Proposing and voting on new laws and amendments to existing laws
Internally electing one of the Members of the General Assembly to serve as the Speaker
The Speaker shall be responsible for:
Organising the activities of the General Assembly
Maintaining an order of legislation to be considered by the General Assembly
Communicating information of bills, amendments, and voting records to the public
Representing the General Assembly to the Cabinet in matters requiring urgent and direct communication
Delegating the aforementioned responsibilities to another Member of the General Assembly in their absence
A Member of the General Assembly may be immediately removed through the following process:
A motion shall be endorsed by two Members of the General Assembly or five percent of electoral citizens
A majority of electoral citizens shall vote on whether to remove them in the following manner:
World Assembly citizens shall be permitted to vote in a two-day poll
Military Voting and dual citizens shall be permitted to vote on the Regional Message Board in the same period
The Speaker may be immediately replaced with a majority of the General Assembly in favour of such a motion
