URCR Constitution, Updated Version!

This is a Updated Version of the URCR consitution! This version is the one in effect right now, so disregard the other one written by Calitournia.

URCR constitution!
Government Structure.

Founder.

Powers: Executive, Appearance, Border Control, Communications, Embassies and Polls.

The founder is the most important figure in the region, but still the founder can't use all of it's powers to become a dictator. the founder can be punished by it's actions if most of the nations in the court decide it.

Delegate of the URCR.

Powers: Appearance, Border Control, Communications, Embassies, Executive, and polls.

The second most important figure of the URCR. He must represent us and use it's powers to achieve the goals of the region. In raids, the delegate is responsible for protecting the region.

Protector
Powers: Appearance, Border Control, Communications, Embassies, Executive, and polls.

The protector helps with security. They protect the region from both external and internal harm.

General

Powers: Border Control, Communications and
Embassies.

They are the right hand man to the Delegate and Founder. They will judge government acts and approve them.

Deputy.

Powers: Any power, but they can only choose one.

There can be 2 deputies in the region. they can choose every power they want. but only one of them. for example a Deputy can choose Polls, but if he choose Polls. he can't choose another power.

Foreign Affairs of the URCR.

Powers: Communications and Embassies

The nations elected for this charge must do alliances and friendship with other regions. remember every embassy counts!

Rights of the nations.

*Vote in a poll.
*Express it's political ideas!
*Suggest ideas to improve the region.
*Free speech!
*Post in the RMB.
*Join the government.
*Vote in polls.
*RP!

Duties of the nations.

*Respect regional officers.
*Respect the constitution.

Regional Crimes and Punishments.

*Betray the government (1st offense - warning. 2cn Offense - banjection.)
*Spam (suppression of the posts.)
*Raid ( ban of the region.)
*Godmod (RP ban for 1-10 days.)
*Insulting others (suppression of posts)

All of this punishments may be removed if a apology is sent. but if the nation commits the same crime again. a apology will not be accepted.

What this region stands for.

This section of the constitution is just to inform the nations, about what the URCR is about!

The URCR or Union of Rich Capitalist Republics stands for: Democracy, Free Trade, Capitalism, Liberty, Free Expression... And most importantly, kindness!
