Outline of the Military Set Up.

Section 1: Military:

planning,organizing, administration, getting permission, running the military
The Deputy Minister of Military and Deputy Minister of Intelligence both report to the Minister of Defense, overseeing both. The Minister of Defense reports directly to the Chancellor for permission to launch a defensive operation.

2: Deputy Minister of Defense: Selven/King of Prussia#4375
issuing the orders of the Minister of Defense,write and gather the reports for the minister of defense, aid and advise when needed in planning operations. The Deputy Minister of under the Minister of Defense thus follows their orders and reports to minister of defense.

3: head director: Christian confederation/ SouthernGent#2942: polls all the forces

4: Section Commander: vacant: control one sergeant and two privates
total of 4 operatives

5: Sergeant: training and leading their troops

6:Private:all troops: all the troops who will engage in the military operations

Section 2:Intelligence
1:Deputy Minister of Intelligence:Prussian mittleafrika/bigman#8917 . Gathers
troops counts and information on the troops. Reports directly to the Minister of Defense.

2: Intelligence Operatives: Keeps watch for threats to member regions, internal threats such as coups,spies,

founder CTs and outside threats such as potential invasion plans, ect. (if needed, based on scale of member

regions, otherwise can fall to Deputy and Minister of Intelligence) All citizens should be an eye out for threats

and report any threats to the Minister of Intelligence.

Overview:
Here should be an immediate levy of one soldier from each region to achieve a base number of troops

After that maybe a levy proportionate to the individual regions population. But one per region should suffice for
the beginning.
Section commanders should be chosen out of the people who have the most successful military careers. Sergeants
must have some degree of experience with raiding. Privates constitute the rabble and can pretty much be anyone
willing to fight. Naturally they are to be trained by their respective commanders
Training can be conducted in designated regions for that purpose. Mock raids and defenses can be held there
To conduct the levy mentioned in the first couple lines, there must first be the intelligence agency established,
or the Ministry. I would recommend the Ministry since they will have direct authority over the legions or units.
They will then push each region for their portion of the levy, record accurate and updated region numbers, etcetera.

While the military is defensive only, knowledge of raiding and being able to execute raids is important should we
need to take back a member region territory.
