Preamble:
NOTING: that a region's WA Delegate transition is long and difficult,
UNDERSTANDING: that the number of times such a transition must be done must be limited.
This piece of legislation hereby amends/establishes/ratifies the following:
Alters Article VIII.I.6.h of the Constitution to state the following: An Election Season shall start of the first day of the month, in the months of January, April, July, and October. The WA Delegate shall be elected annually, during the January Election Season.
