Overview :
Uppruna is a historical region, occupied by several small tribal nations throughout history. However, in 1898, a severe Cyclone, followed by a Volcanic Eruption, plunged the Region into Anarchy. The people of Uppruna united in order to survive. Uppruna has since reformed into a modern nation. Uppruna is a relatively peaceful nation, promoting stability and development at home instead of getting involved with foreign powers.

The people of Uppruna have suffered greatly in the past, be it from civil war, or apocalyptic weather. Their history of surviving hard times, and thriving afterward, gives them hope in the most desperate of times. Upprus will keep faith in their nation, no matter the challenges, and will go to great lengths to protect their homeland.
Fortifications and Defense
Lacking the inclination to fight in other nation's wars, Uppru does not have a large projection or invasion capability. However, they have a formidable system of fortifications to keep out invaders, including an advanced enemy detection system, and effective installations designed to combat enemy missiles, aircraft, ships, and infantry. Compared to the regular army, Uppruna has a large National Guard, waiting to protect the nation in an emergency.
Self Sufficient
Uppruna has meager trade with the outside world, yet maintains modern technology and lifestyle. The material diversity of the nation and the resourcefulness of it's people means that the national economy and military are largely independent from the world's, contributing to the stability and security of the nation.
