Embassy Policy of [region]The Democratic Republic of Freedom[/region]

[region]The Democratic Republic of Freedom[/region] is proud to accept many embassy requests. However, some embassy requests are simply not the kinds of regions we want to endorse by putting them in our list of embassies. Here are the requirements for regions to be in our embassies:

1. There is an alive founder (active within the last 28 days), and/or an active WA delegate (active within the last 10 days).

2. The most recent RMB post is [strike]less than[/strike] no more than a week (7 days) old.

3. The region has five or more nations with a unique identity behind them (5 different in-real-life people). Whether the nation is an "alt" nation (alternative - not the nation which is used most frequently) does not matter. Associating two or more nations under one real-life person may only be done with evidence.

4. The region is not a "puppet storage" region (has the tag "Puppet Storage" [strike]or has enough evidence the nations are all puppets[/strike][sup]a[/sup]).

5. The region has not been condemned by the WA, nor is there evidence of intraregional or interregional malevolence.

6. There are no grudges held between the people of The Democratic Republic of Freedom and the people of the region.
6a. A grudge is an official statement from the DRF government. It declares the DRF's ill will towards another region. Anyone may submit a grudge to the government. A grudge must be discussed again after two months in order to renew it; otherwise, the grudge is null and void.

7. If any of the above rules are violated in an embassy proposal, the nation that proposed the embassy will be telegrammed this note and the rules they violate, and the embassy proposal will be rejected (or the embassy will be aborted, if construction has begun).

8. If any of the above rules are violated during the existence of an embassy, The Democratic Republic of Freedom may close embassies with the region. There must be a post on the RMB explaining which of the above rules are violated.

Footnotes:
[sup]a[/sup]This clause was redundant and could be misinterpreted again like it was in the Hegiroth Embassy Dispute.
