10 Year Plan

The first 10 year plan that has been approved by the government of Quacksilvania.

The Congress has authorized the spending and distribution of an incredible 3.4 Trillion Duck Bills over the course of ten years in order to bring the infrastructure of the entire country into the new age, this includes high speed rail lines, interstate highways, airports, container terminals and ports, tunnels, and bridges.

Of this total amount, approximately 250 Billion will be given to each of the 10 most populous metropolitan areas in order to facilitate the construction of the above infrastructure plans. The remaining approximately 900 Billion Duck Bills will be used to better integrate the other territories and provinces of Quacksilvania.
