New nation in Hartheon

It seems to be a new nation has been established in the western hemisphere, yesterday 18 Deceria 101. With their leader, president Carmine Sören, the republic of Carthemia was formed. The newly established nation looks strong in economy and prominent in military.
Diplomatic communications is being established by our government to Carthemia. Looking forward for our future alliance or an invasion plan to Carthemia.
