The Liberties and Laws of Farkasfalka

The Liberties and Laws of Farkasfalka
________________
Preamble

As a region dedicated to the pursuit of order in chaos, God in madness, and peace and prosperity throughout, us nations establish the Grand Kingdom of Farkasfalka in order to create a home of rights, as well as responsibilities for those God given axioms.

Preamble

I. The freedom of civil debate and discussion will be protected by law for citizens and residents and is not to be infringed upon by any entity for any reason. These rights do not extend to behavior such as spam, malicious one-liners, obscene comments, defaming or derogatory statements, comments against site rules, or other behavior that threatens to stretch the bounds of decency according to Nation States ToS.

II. Each citizen has the undeniable right to a free and just trial before the Tribunal if prosecuted.

III. Participation in the region-wide Annual June 15th Region Census on June 15th through 17th is an availability to all citizens.

IV. Every citizen has the availability to enlist in the regional armed forces, as well as foreign allied armies only second to the region, for operations that have gained the consent of the Farkas or his temporary placeholder.

V. Public Referendums may be called by a body of at least six citizens. The solution to the topic at hand is then decided through the regional government chain of command.

Order and the Functioning of Governance

The word of the Farkas is an absolute order, however, if the said order contradicts law, the Farkas must meet with all three Primii to settle the law and order in question.

If any citizen or official, including a Palatinus, is suspected to be committting an unfair act against the region or its people or holds a grevance solvable in the courts, a trial is able to be requested by a citizen of Farkasfalka. This nation must submit a public report to the Palatii (compromised of three Palatii or the maximum amount available within twenty-four hours). The said report must contain the offenses or grievances, as well as a plea for review. The Palatii retain the ability to accept or dismiss the case. The Palatii must come to a ruling within the span of seventy-two hours, unless an extension is granted by the Farkas.

The three Primii and three Banii overseen by the Primii are chosen directly by the Anax Farkas and are the highest authority below the Anax Farkas. Banii primarily deal with less pressing internal affairs and the Primii with more demanding external and internal affairs. Despite this, there is a possibility of overlap and major non-sensitive decisions should be dealt with collaboration from the whole of the government. Non-judicial issues and internal affairs are to be presented to and dealt with by the Banii foremost, then if the issue is deemed more serious, presented to the Primii and Farkas.

New laws may be created and old laws altered by the Farkas, Primii, or a public referendum called by at least six citizens.

A nation is considered a citizen once they have contributed a reasonable amount of work and dedication to the region after a period of three months. Any nation affiliating with groups deemed hostile towards Farkasfalka cannot become a citizen or stay a resident of Farkasfalka.

A nation is eligible to be picked for the position of Primus or Banus if it is determined by the Farkas that one or more of the existing Primii or Banii are unfit or unable to serve, and the prospective Primus has been a citizen for nine months or more or the Banus a citizen for 3 months or more.

Citizenship or residency can be stripped by either the Farkas or by the Tribunal.
