DECLARATION OF WAR

EXECUTIVE ORDER Declaring that a state of war exists between the Government of the Federation of Conservative Nations and the Government and the people of The Allied States and making provisions to prosecute the same.
Whereas the Imperial Government of the Federation of Conservative Nations has committed unprovoked acts of war against the Government and the people of The Allied States:
Therefore be it Resolved by the Government of The Allied States in the region assembled, That the state of war between The Allied States and the Government of the Federation of Conservative Nations which has thus been thrust upon The Allied States is hereby formally declared; and the Chancellor is hereby authorized and directed to employ the entire military forces of The Allied States and the resources of the Government to carry on war against the Government of the Federation of Conservative Nations; and, to bring the conflict to a successful termination, all the resources of the country are hereby pledged by the Senate of The Allied States.
