My tips just from working a desk job now - your first three hours are when you're going to have your highest capacity for production. Might be beneficial to wake up a little earlier and study what you need, knock some stuff out, and the rest of the day feels easier. When you get through a particular task/subject, it's good to give yourself ten seconds of doing absolutely nothing, it can help your brain retain that information a lot better.
Exercise too - doesn't need to be crazy, but physical activity literally burns through your stress hormone, which'll make day-to-day stuff not as stressful.
Also, with the food, good fats help your brain work. Eggs and red meat. Hydrogen water seems to help me focus too, idk if it's a placedbo or not but it works for me. You got this bud!
