If you don't mind fish, the Seychelles is noted foe fish from the Indian Ocean, with various other foods influenced by the UK, and French cuisine. Chicken curry is a good choice. Keep in mind that Seychelles is close to the equator, so if you are not into spicy foods, there are great burger style places. I liked Butcher's Grill on Palm Street. Bring you appetite. :)
